HOW SECURE IS IT?

The website is protected with the latest SSL technology and securely stores the passwords so they can't be decrypted. On top of that, non-administrator users can only see data pertaining to them and not the rest of the staff, keeping everybody's activity private.

HOW DOES IT HANDLE MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN A CONFERENCE?

Only one person has to actually track the conference. They add everybody else that is in attendance and it counts for everybody (and their respective teams/departments).

WHAT REPORTS CAN I GENERATE?

You can generate reports to see how much time the whole organization spent conferencing or you can break it down by department, team or by the individual.

WHY IS THERE A WEBSITE AND APPS?

The website is where all the management has to be done (adding users, generating reports, etc.), but the apps allow for staff to quickly and easily track time spent collaborating no matter where they are.

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE GET STARTED?

Typically, you can be up and running within 2 days but we offer a 2 week guarantee. To get started, just follow these steps:
  1. Fill out the form below
  2. Use the credentials emailed to you to login
  3. Upload an Excel sheet of users (names & email addresses)
and you're done! When you upload the Excel sheet, Trac Time automatically sends login information to the provided email address.

PRICING

YEARLY FEE: $99

This is a yearly fee to keep your organization active on the website/app. It is $99 per school per year and the apps are free to download.
